The Business Administration Degree Programme with specialization in Human Resource Management (BBA Human Resource Management) is one of the BBA Programmes which allows you to choose a top-level academic specialization track that focus on addressing the Human Resource management practices of organizations’. It is design to provide the strong foundation in HR issues with focus on needs assessment, recruitment and selection, training and development as well as performance management systems. The target is tailored to participants to assume lower to middle level management positions for those who enter the labor market or become successful entrepreneurs in the case of those who seek self-employment.
