Introduction

With the global increase in internet-based crimes, instigated partly by more people working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the  parliamentary enactment of legislations such as the Cyber Security has been enacted in good time to compliment the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008, Data Protection Act, 2012 and Recently the Anti-Money Laundary Act, 2020.

Security in every field of life is important and in this digital world, it is becoming a basic need because of the overuse of the internet. So, the security of data, information, or network is as essential as the security of the person
