Introduction
With the global increase in internet-based crimes, instigated partly by more people working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the parliamentary enactment of legislations such as the Cyber Security has been enacted in good time to compliment the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008, Data Protection Act, 2012 and Recently the Anti-Money Laundary Act, 2020.
