Ms. Kwainoe is a full-time lecturer at the University of professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). Before joining UPSA she was a District Magistrate, a State Attorney and Legal Practitioner in Accra. In addition to her academic work she is the Managing Partner of a law firm.

Ms. Kwainoe graduated from the University of Cape Coast with a B.A. (Hons) degree in Business Management, and further obtained an LL.B (Hons) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi and the Ghana School of Law, Accra. She was called to the Ghana Bar in 2009. She obtained an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University Law School, USA where she was a Thomas Buergenthal Scholar, and a recipient of the Justice Thurgood Marshall Civil Liberties Award. Ms. Kwainoe is an experienced jurist and a celebrated academic who is held in high esteem in Ghana and abroad.
