Laweh University College, in partnership with the Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry(FEWACCI) and ArabSeeds, has successfully organised the maiden edition of the Executive Leadership Workshop in Dubai.
The four-day workshop, June 27-30, 2023, featured some of the highly placed and top-notch experts in strategic leadership & management as speakers, and heads of various institutions and businesses as participants.
It was under theme Emerging Trends in Strategic Leadership and Innovations in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The speakers included HE Luis Padron, President, Canary Islands Chambers of Commerce; Prof. Mrs. Goski Alabi, Consulting President of Laweh University College; HE Aminou Akadiri, Africa Business Council; Dr. Hind Abou Nasr Kassir, CEO, SeedsArab; and Joseph Kow Quaye, Cybersecurity Lead, e-Crime Bureau, Ghana.
Participants were treated to topics, including Emerging Concepts in Strategic Leadership, Business Opportunities in Grand Canary Islands, Strategies for Managing Office Politics, Innovation and Knowledge Management, Cybersecurity in Organisational Management, Innovations and Digital Business, and AfCFTA Protocol on Investments.
Besides the intellectually stimulating exercises, participants had some breaks for relaxation and sightseeing as they enjoyed some Dhow cruising and visited the iconic Museum of the
Future.
Attendees were presented with certificates of participation.
